My favorite part was the view of the cathedral from the river.
It's advertised as an hour - it's just under. Additionally when we went at night due to there being a lot of other party boats on the river with loud music it was hard to hear some of the information about the buildings. But it was a nice experience. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Service was great. Boat ride was great itself as well, audio commentary could be a bit louder, but that might bother some people
A really great route, easy booking and very friendly staff on board. Everything was perfect. The seats on board were also great - seats, standing room, covered and even open air - as required! Highly recommended!
Easy getting on board. We loved this relaxed activity and it was nice to unwind after a busy day of walking around the city.
The waiter pushed me to pay a tip while paying my bill which I found it inappropriate
The experience was okay, it's not very long, but it was still pleasant.
Very nice and relaxing atmosphere on the first floor with bar and good views
The boat trip on the Vltava gave us a different view of beautiful Prague. Absolutely recommendable!
Quiet and comfortable electric boat, good bar service
Good service However, the duration of the cruise is a little short as it is actually 45 minutes.
It was a good experience . Ticketing method was so easy to follow
Very nice and comfortable and would be recommending others
The beauty of the views from the river and the silence .
The one-hour boat trip took a maximum of three quarters of an hour
The meet-up was easy, the tickets were just what we needed, and the introduction provided was helpful. Having the tickets purchased ahead of time saved us time standing in line.
Easy to find meeting point , initial explanation effective and very engaging. A bit too much of a queue for entry into the cathedral.
It's very interesting, the only drawback being that the guides don't accompany you. Only a general presentation of the sites in English, which is a shame.
Easy to book at meet guide for tickets. Introduction was brilliant but the audio guides were not detailed enough. They need to align with the numbers in the map provided. Castle grounds are stunning! Better with a guide
A top tip for future visitors . A must-see. No queue. We were there early, if you come later it gets very crowded and is probably less fun. The cathedral is huge inside and out. There's not much inside the other buildings. Everything has been cleared out. So it's more about the architecture of the Gesant complex than the historical furnishings. The Goldgässchen is actually just a shopping street with tourist knick-knacks to buy. To put a pay barrier (turnstile) at the entrance is frankly outrageous. If it's included in the paid ticket, it's ok.
I found the atmosphere here pleasant. Despite the many tourists, the sights were very beautiful. Picking up the ticket worked really well. I think it's a shame that you need the audio guide for information. There are very few signs with information.
Very impressive all things. Good explication for story of Praga, castle and basilical
Very easy and straightforward process and an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Great experience!
A very nice experience, but you should be a good walker. The story is easy to follow and well explained.
Online ticket handover worked really well. The castle and everything around it is very impressive and well worth a visit.
The guide's indications were clear, interesting and above all very practical.
Great booking experience as well as amazing self guided tour. I do recommend visiting here. Keep 3 to 4 hours time to enjoy it.
I booked this thinking I was booking the experience directly with the attraction (Prague Castle). The booking website is intentionally deceptive in order to make you think that - only once I received the email booking confirmation is there any mention of Headout. You end up paying more then if you book directly with the attraction, it's an unnecessary added cost. Audio guide was okay. An app where you can download the content in advance would be better, trying to stream the audio on the gi meant it kept stop starting.
My favorite part was the Golden Lane--loved the tiny houses and shops--and the armory. The kids liked trying to shoot a cross bow.
Great value for money. Excellent exhibitions - especially enjoyed golden row with the crossbow shooting that was unexpected.
Nice tour, but I wasn't equipped to use the audio guide properly. No earphones and poor internet connection. 👍
The signs to control crowd flow for example at the golden line was extremely unclear causing potential hazard going up and down the ramp stairs bidirectional. Noticed a lot of the places signs are either not available / unclear or only in Czech (not even English) that is not quite friendly.
Top-notch organization, with a French-speaking guide at the start (several guides on site spoke different languages). He explained how to do the tour. The audio guide was really well done.
The initial introduction was quite helpful and the castle is beautiful and well maintained. It would be great if you can add some information about Basilica in English. The information was available only in Czech language.
Everything was great except that we didn't have access to the audioguide, even though it was clearly marked as included in the ticket purchase.
Your booking confirmation doesn't mention that you have to use your own smartphone. We had bought extra headphones, which we were unable to use.
Fast handling of the ticket exchange, very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about important information of the areas of interest. Recommended
There was hardly anything to see wirh the overpriced ticket. Queue for Cathedral was very long. Golden lane was rubbish and other attractions were meh! It was not worth 29€!!!
Great experience and very helpful, someone rang me to make sure i made the tour ontime as the courtyard where we were ment ment was big and i thought i had missed the tour of the castle initially, I thought it was a bit expensive for the things you get to go in to on the tour (4 parts, all the other parts you have to pay separately to gain access, other than that nice experience overall
Very well organised. I liked the convenience of having the audio guide online. Being able to visit over two days is very helpful.
River cruising is very pleasant, especially with these silent electric boats... for the buses, the routes and stops on the internet and the maps are different... getting started was complicated.
Other than the starting location, the Hop on Hop off stops were unmarked and impossible to find, which ruined the experience.
Very convenient to embark and disembark wherever you want! I really liked it. And the translations are excellent in any language you want! Small problem: sometimes, the audio guide used another channel that I hadn't chosen. Apart from that, it was perfect and I totally recommend it!
Audio guide was sporadic and failed several times. I found the seating extremely uncomfortable on both the buses and the river cruise.
Easy to tour around the city using this bus. Rated 4 stars as the coordination between the red and blue routes was not as easy or frequent as I'd prefer.
The signs at the bus stop were not clear enough. It was also not easily possible to find info on bus departure time from this stop from the website, so we had to call the company. For this cost of tickets, we expected information on the audio guide to be much more detailed.
Me and my mad did the blue tour on Praga. I like that you can see the city from the bus. Have everything explained and have the possibility to stop and take next bus in order to visit the things you like.
There were two bus routes (blue and red) with different focuses. You could switch between these at overlapping points. The information content was good. There were 10 of us and the audio device didn't work properly or at all for two or three people. That is an absolute no-go. The boat trip at dusk is an absolute highlight.
It was very nice, we took the tour as soon as we arrived and so we had a chance to get a general idea of the city!
Buses and routes well organized. There is always a guide on board who can also answer questions.
It was all very good! Very nice!
The transfer from the blue to the red line did not connect well, had to wait longer than 30 minutes. The audio on the red line was not in Dutch. You don't really see the sights which we are used to in other countries.
We search about 30minutes the busstation,
The schedulle presente in the app does not corresponde tô the one that they aplly.
The bus was way too late - we waited over half an hour past the etd. We walked, then later got on the last bus, this was too late for the guide to check us in. She was a kind Lady and let us on anyway, so got at least part of the tour. Which then turned out to lead for a great part through tunnels and the outer ring around the city. It added nothing to our experience.
Good bus tour. Excellent cruise
It is simply wonderful to get to know the beautiful city of Prague from the water in the evening. The captain really took a lot of time to sail both sides of the city. The great musical accompaniment (jazz) is also a good idea in combination with a good meal (fish)!
It's was pretty neat tour. Had a good time. It's money worth. No major hassles. The boat was well maintained & the crew on board was professional. But we could have done with a better on baord menu. I felt the menu was limited with options. Overall it was good experience.
Great! Really enjoyed it with my family. Staff was prompt
Very well organised staff excellent and commentary good boat comfortable. Will recommend
I was emailed a ticket confirmation which included a link to the "tickets". This link said that I could show my phone at the boarding point. Upon arrival, I was told I needed a QR code despite no mention of a QR code, or any sort of additional on-site checking in during booking, in the confirmation email, or in the linked "tickets". We missed the boat. We queued at the ticket desk and we were unhelpfully told we had missed the boat and that the following one would be very busy. Eventually we were given permission to take the next one. The entire problem seems that it could have been avoided by a clearer booking process.
Got to the pick up point well in advance when we showed our tickets on the phone to your rep who said we needed a voucher as our phone ticket did not have a QR code had to go to your ticket office and get voucher and ended up at back of queue so you need to address this as it also happened to another couple in the que hence will post this point on tripadvsor
Saying the boat tide we attended was bad is an understatement. The boat didn't even show up and wr got scammed. Only one boat left the pier at 9p.m. and we were said it was not ours.
Ballads and visits! The Marriage of Figaro at the opera!
That was a big surprise to us having a boat where we were the only guest. The captin was a beautifull man.
It was fun to see Prague from the water at sunset. Boat was comfortable, the captain informative and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our cruise.
It is a nice experience to go through the canal
Very informative Good guide Saw a different side of Prague
A tour along Chertovka is perfect: the boat is small and cozy, not to compare with crowded big boats! Huge thank you to a perfect captain-lady and her stories around the sights! We really enjoyed the tour!
I loved seeing Prague from the river. The Devil's Channel was really cool to navigate on.
The Devil's Channel was very nice!
Brilliant trip and very informative and friendly captain
You sold me tickets to a cancelled tour and haven't refunded me!
This was the best way to finish an unforgettable day. Food was delicious, the people in the boat were amazing and the views were incredible. Amazing experience!
The guide who gave us the tickets was very kind. In addition, the short introduction was given in Italian.
Well organized, very nice staff, delicious food.
Food was quite average. Too many chairs on table? You can't enter at your place. Questionnaire is carry out badly.
Views of Prague castle during the night time. The table inside the boat was too crowded.
The boat ride back to Prague when the lights are on is a real treat!
Everything was fine. Very nice staff. Nobody can do anything for the rain ☔️.
Normally the first drink is free but they don't accept ..........................
We only managed to go on the boat trip because it wasn't clear to us how the Prague Castle tour worked (there was no clear information). We went straight to the Castle, believing that the vouchers would be enough to get in - and they weren't.
Prague is very beautiful and rich is history and culture, lots to do, to see, to go. People are friendly and helpful. Me and my girlfriend loved doing the Prague castle, it was amazing, and then the 1 hour boat tour really good too. Easy to use, to book to find. Headout app is very cool, easy to use. 😎
Wonderfully organized. Buffet sufficiently covered and very friendly and flexible staff ... and of course an unforgettable view of Prague
Beautiful night. Unbeatable atmosphere and amazing views.
Super nice tour, relaxed exploration and getting to know Prague, great crew with super service. Clean boat, relaxed check-in.
Good service, clean boat with a glass roof that lets you enjoy the views and discover the city from another angle, quality and quantity of meals.
I see a lot of things and buldings
Good food, very good service
Beautiful boat and nice and good atmosphere on board. Friendly staff who helped us finely.
Unfortunately, I can hardly report anything positive about this boat trip. The audio guide was disappointing: instead of a guided narration, it's just a normal website where you have to click on the sights yourself. The problem with this is that there are more places to choose from than you can actually see, which quickly leads to confusion and it's easy to click on the wrong one. In addition, the texts are often so long that you actually have to move on to the next point before the current one is finished. The information as to whether a point of interest is on the left or right side of the river is also unclear, as it is not clear whether the audio track was recorded upstream or downstream. The waiters on board were unfortunately very pushy and constantly urged us to buy drinks, which disturbed the atmosphere. Another minus point is that the trip is interrupted by a lock, which takes a lot of time and detracts from the enjoyment of the river. The river itself is of course beautiful, but for what is on offer, a relaxing walk along the Vltava would have been just as good. All in all, I had expected more from the boat trip.
Too long queuing for the food. The musical accompaniment (accordion player) was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. We spent half the trip in the lock and saw nothing of the Vltava or Prague.
Waiter friendliness and supervision
The boat is magnificent Negative points We spend a lot of time waiting in the lock The waiters are very insistent in pushing consumption. When night falls, the lighting on the boat should be dimmed to take advantage of Prague's bright lights.
Staff was very nice. Everything was very clean and the food tasted good too. It was a shame that most of the time was spent in the lock, so the trip was quite short.
It was just the right length of cruise. Views were great. Food was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Thanks for a great cruise.
All ok thank you. Very noisy on boat though
Everything was great, nice service, good offer.
