It is simply wonderful to get to know the beautiful city of Prague from the water in the evening. The captain really took a lot of time to sail both sides of the city. The great musical accompaniment (jazz) is also a good idea in combination with a good meal (fish)!
It's was pretty neat tour. Had a good time. It's money worth. No major hassles. The boat was well maintained & the crew on board was professional. But we could have done with a better on baord menu. I felt the menu was limited with options. Overall it was good experience.
Great! Really enjoyed it with my family. Staff was prompt
Very well organised staff excellent and commentary good boat comfortable. Will recommend
I was emailed a ticket confirmation which included a link to the "tickets". This link said that I could show my phone at the boarding point. Upon arrival, I was told I needed a QR code despite no mention of a QR code, or any sort of additional on-site checking in during booking, in the confirmation email, or in the linked "tickets". We missed the boat. We queued at the ticket desk and we were unhelpfully told we had missed the boat and that the following one would be very busy. Eventually we were given permission to take the next one. The entire problem seems that it could have been avoided by a clearer booking process.
Got to the pick up point well in advance when we showed our tickets on the phone to your rep who said we needed a voucher as our phone ticket did not have a QR code had to go to your ticket office and get voucher and ended up at back of queue so you need to address this as it also happened to another couple in the que hence will post this point on tripadvsor
Saying the boat tide we attended was bad is an understatement. The boat didn't even show up and wr got scammed. Only one boat left the pier at 9p.m. and we were said it was not ours.
My favorite part was the view of the cathedral from the river.
We liked: - the tour with departure at 21:00 is really a "night tour" with illumination of the sights We did not like: - it is not understandable why people belonging to a group could get on the boat before us, although we were there much earlier - that the tour did not last 50 minutes, but only 42 minutes (or is the boarding time included?) - the upgrade of 6 € per person for a mini Prosecco in a plastic "glass" and a snack stick is not worth it and we would not book this again
The cruise lasted 45 minutes, and in the end it was more expensive to take the prosecco option than to order directly from the boat. The tour did not allow us to take full advantage of the banks of the Mala Strana.
Just right amount of time! Able to travel up and down the river and see beautiful Prague at night. We got some great pictures!
I neither received nor was I aware that it existed, I don't think so. There was a loudspeaker for the whole ship with some small description but the voice could not be heard and the description was very brief.
It's advertised as an hour - it's just under. Additionally when we went at night due to there being a lot of other party boats on the river with loud music it was hard to hear some of the information about the buildings. But it was a nice experience. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Service was great. Boat ride was great itself as well, audio commentary could be a bit louder, but that might bother some people
A really great route, easy booking and very friendly staff on board. Everything was perfect. The seats on board were also great - seats, standing room, covered and even open air - as required! Highly recommended!
Easy getting on board. We loved this relaxed activity and it was nice to unwind after a busy day of walking around the city.
Nice to visit the city from a different perspective.
I really enjoyed the wonderful sunset cruise in Prague
There was a goid music, view abd drinks)
The waiter pushed me to pay a tip while paying my bill which I found it inappropriate
The experience was okay, it's not very long, but it was still pleasant.
Very nice and relaxing atmosphere on the first floor with bar and good views
The boat trip on the Vltava gave us a different view of beautiful Prague. Absolutely recommendable!
Quiet and comfortable electric boat, good bar service
The food was exceptionally good & the service was top notch ! This was our first trip to Prague & we will definitely be back again & use the Headout out app again. It was very user friendly & so easy to get our tickets. Thank-you, Christine West
This is the second time we have done the dinner boat trip and we are still amazed by the view of Prague from the Vltava River
the location given on the confirmation email is incorrect. We had to run half a mile to get there on time. Sorry but that's insane and so easily avoidable. The mixed drinks were ridiculously weak. We paid 2000 for drinks and not even a slight buzz. The dinner was good but the desserts were terrible- cheesecake and chocolate cake. The live music was really nice but there should have been a speaker on the upper area to enjoy it up there as well.
It was a lovely few hours, good buffet food, good service, I would thoroughly recommend doing this cruise for anybody visiting Prague.
Nice boat trip, fantastic concert. The meal was an all-you-can-eat buffet, very good but with very human behavior. You have to go there to enjoy yourself, consume the drinks without thinking and not get stuck in a narrow mindset, and as a result it's a very nice evening.
The cruise itself was nice either with good food and lovely staff. The most annoying thing is that the directions in the app are not corect!!! It takes you almost 1 km away from the Pier 3 where is the actual meeting point! We almost miss the trip because of that.
Ambience, service, route of the trip
Staff very likeable and overall great experience. Good food and salads to choose from. Weather was nice and good to relax on top of ship after dinner. Nice music and experienced band. Can recommend.
Great staff, very good food and nice atmosphere
The river and monuments, the ambiance
I had a reservation with you for dinner on the boat in Prague. First of all, the address you sent in the reservation does not lead to the correct place where the boat will depart from and the information is terrible, no one can help with information. I lost my boat and was treated extremely badly by the staff. The person who served us at the counter used foul language and shouted at me. That is not how you treat a customer. I am disappointed with the service and we lost our money due to your lack of organization.
3-hour boat trip with Premiant Tours from Pier 17, the ship sailed far upstream, so that many impressions outside the center were also seen, e.g. the famous Barrandov film studios. The buffet was very plentiful, varied and appetizing. There was sausage, cheese, salads, then goulash, schnitzel, fish, chicken, chips, dumplings, potatoes, rice and various cakes for dessert. The staff were very friendly. The price-performance ratio was also top.
This was the best way to finish an unforgettable day. Food was delicious, the people in the boat were amazing and the views were incredible. Amazing experience!
Was a nice trip, food was OK. Restrooms already incredibly dirty upon arrival.
The route was so nice, but could be cheaper
The guide who gave us the tickets was very kind. In addition, the short introduction was given in Italian.
Well organized, very nice staff, delicious food.
Food was quite average. Too many chairs on table? You can't enter at your place. Questionnaire is carry out badly.
Views of Prague castle during the night time. The table inside the boat was too crowded.
A rather mediocre experience. The welcome drink ended up being a shot of Czech alcohol, with no alternative for non-alcohol drinkers. The audio guide was online via a QR code, so there wasn't really a logical sequence of steps to listen to. The buffet was decent, but the tables were rather small and the space cramped. Desserts were of poor quality. An expensive experience for the quality on offer.
We only managed to go on the boat trip because it wasn't clear to us how the Prague Castle tour worked (there was no clear information). We went straight to the Castle, believing that the vouchers would be enough to get in - and they weren't.
The boat ride back to Prague when the lights are on is a real treat!
Everything was fine. Very nice staff. Nobody can do anything for the rain ☔️.
Beautiful night. Unbeatable atmosphere and amazing views.
The meet-up was easy, the tickets were just what we needed, and the introduction provided was helpful. Having the tickets purchased ahead of time saved us time standing in line.
Easy to find meeting point , initial explanation effective and very engaging. A bit too much of a queue for entry into the cathedral.
It's very interesting, the only drawback being that the guides don't accompany you. Only a general presentation of the sites in English, which is a shame.
Easy to book at meet guide for tickets. Introduction was brilliant but the audio guides were not detailed enough. They need to align with the numbers in the map provided. Castle grounds are stunning! Better with a guide
A top tip for future visitors . A must-see. No queue. We were there early, if you come later it gets very crowded and is probably less fun. The cathedral is huge inside and out. There's not much inside the other buildings. Everything has been cleared out. So it's more about the architecture of the Gesant complex than the historical furnishings. The Goldgässchen is actually just a shopping street with tourist knick-knacks to buy. To put a pay barrier (turnstile) at the entrance is frankly outrageous. If it's included in the paid ticket, it's ok.
I found the atmosphere here pleasant. Despite the many tourists, the sights were very beautiful. Picking up the ticket worked really well. I think it's a shame that you need the audio guide for information. There are very few signs with information.
Very impressive all things. Good explication for story of Praga, castle and basilical
Very easy and straightforward process and an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Great experience!
A very nice experience, but you should be a good walker. The story is easy to follow and well explained.
my experience was not very positive. The place was extremely crowded, which is understandable given the time of year. However, what made it worse is that the exits were not well signposted. It was quite difficult to find the way out, and combined with the overwhelming number of people, it turned into a very unpleasant experience. I just wanted to leave quickly because the crowd was too much, but I couldn’t easily find the exit.
Experience to be had. Everything organized perfectly, we arrived at the appointed time beside St. Vitus Cathedral and spotted the blue and white umbrellas. Very nice language guide for the first 20 minutes of introduction to the castle tour. Definitely to be considered for other cities and trips as well!
Great welcome from the guide, great tour of the cathedral, surrounding area, gardens, changing of the guard, visit to the castle, which is limited as it is the seat of government. Magnificent view of the city. Only minor complaint was the indication of where to collect the tickets (it would be enough to indicate inside the castle courtyard).
The meeting point was really easy to find. Very convenient was the two-day ticket that allowed entrance to four different places. Just a pity about the very bad quality of the audio guide. It is really necessary to change the recordings by improving them.
The purchase was very easy and quick, and most importantly, it avoided long lines for access to the ticket offices. It was a nice espserience to visit the castle complex and the places defending the rampart
The tours were FABULOUS!!! It was easy to find the guides with the blue umbrellas. All of them were very knowledgeable. Linda was the guide that gave us a 20-30 min. discussion of the history of Prague Castle. Super impressed with her knowledge! The grounds and views of the castle are so incredibly beautiful. I will NEVER FORGET this experience visiting Prague and Europe for the first time! I am definitely going to highly recommend you to all of my family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful time here in Prague!
The delivery of the tickets was very well organized. The Spanish-speaking guide gave a fantastic historical and cultural introduction with great communication skills. Despite being Portuguese, we understood all the information very well. The guide also gave us very useful information to help us find our way around the Castle. Congratulations, you must continue!
St. Vitus Cathedral was the most impressive, but in general everything in the combined ticket (St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George's Basilica, Golden Lane, Old Royal Palace) was well worth seeing. Although it is a two-day ticket, the Golden Lane, for example, is only accessible once and is not available as a single ticket. However, this is probably due to the fact that admission is free from 17:00, but you have to bear this in mind.
I loved the castle and everything was good organised for the tickets. But the River Cruise was a big disappointment, really not to do
At the initial meeting we were divided into language groups. The guide of our group spoke Spanish and told us quite well all the history and the most relevant things to see. This introduction lasted about 30 minutes.
It was great! The skip-the-line scheme helped. Overall, the tour is long and has its ups and downs, but it's worth it! If you're in Prague, it's a mix of.
Very hard to find support team with tickets as the castle is large and busy. Suggest their umbrellas have Headout printed on them as well as the meeting point being made more specific.
Getting a guide who shared my native language was invaluable. The 15-20 minute explanation of the castle had little tidbits of history and flavor, some great tips (changing of the guard at noon, where to stand, etc) on little must-see spots and some tips for navigating around the castle complex. It was well worth it to have a "professional" explane the whole castle tour process in a way that simply buying the ticket would not have provided. Would highly recommend.
Everything went smoothly. We had the introduction initially planned in English with another French guide. La ruéle d'or is a nugget despite some negative reviews... We were unable to visit the gardens as it was raining heavily.
It was a great experience and it even became better with having a complementary explanation of the tour guides in different languages... Thank you headput ;)
Prague Castle was a highlight of our trip and a rare success in pleasing all five of our kids, ages 12 to 18. With such a wide age range, it’s not easy to find something that keeps everyone engaged, but this place delivered. The older kids appreciated the history and grandeur, while the younger ones enjoyed the changing of the guard and exploring the castle’s hidden corners. The stained glass in St. Vitus Cathedral was absolutely stunning, well worth the visit on its own. Even our teens stopped to admire it and lived the dungeon. It was easy to navigate, family-friendly, and one of the most memorable parts of our time in Prague.
Great food, reasonable prices for cocktails. The event was great is really recommendable for the money. 👍👍👍👍👍
Super singers who set the mood Great food Very friendly staff Beautiful scenery And you can dance ( if you want to)
For the price of the expensive event, very little was on offer. It was not announced at the beginning what the course of the evening would be. The buffet was opened just as we were driving past the sights. So I left the hot food to take photos. The music was barely audible on the upper front level of the boat and for us on the slightly lower level. The music was not as pleasing and a bit jazzy and there was no opportunity to dance. The glass roof of the boat was completely opened in two places on the upper level on the not-so-warm day and we were glad that we were sitting on the lower level. However, we wanted to listen to the music. We cannot recommend this event. Best regards Doris and Siggi
It was supposed to be a dinner boat trip with a band, but unfortunately we didn't hear any music in the lower part of the ship, despite having an exclusive ticket. Nobody was able to put at least one speaker in our direction. That was disappointing. The food was good and so was the service. There wasn't really a guide, just a list of the sights via app.
Very well organised, staff were lovely, boat was lovely, music was great and the food was great too.
Absolutely amazing! Great views and fabulous food!
The setting was great, but the service and choice were not. We have no information on the details of the meal, only that it's a buffet and no drinks are included.
really beautiful and romantic, absolutely must do!!!!
Great experience, good food and wine
Beautiful boat, flawless organization, pleasant music for all.
I reality the food was mediocre and the visual experience was really poor as there was not much to see. Compared to a similar experience we had on the Siene there is no comparison. It was expensive for what was offered
The event was a disaster. The buffet was placed in such a way, that literally all people on board passed our table multiple times to get their food. This made it impossible for us to talk. The Food buffet was poor and by the time we had our turn, there were only left-overs. Polite questions to the staff's supervisor were disregarded or responded arrogantly. We left the boat still hungy. There was live music on board, which we could not hear, because we had a big queue of people in front of our table. This was a massive tourist trap and completely ruined our night out.
We booked the Tout with a set menu on the glass-roofed boat. However, we got a small old boat with little view and buffet which would have been much cheaper. mfg Timo Horn
I see a lot of things and buldings
Good food, very good service
Unfortunately, I can hardly report anything positive about this boat trip. The audio guide was disappointing: instead of a guided narration, it's just a normal website where you have to click on the sights yourself. The problem with this is that there are more places to choose from than you can actually see, which quickly leads to confusion and it's easy to click on the wrong one. In addition, the texts are often so long that you actually have to move on to the next point before the current one is finished. The information as to whether a point of interest is on the left or right side of the river is also unclear, as it is not clear whether the audio track was recorded upstream or downstream. The waiters on board were unfortunately very pushy and constantly urged us to buy drinks, which disturbed the atmosphere. Another minus point is that the trip is interrupted by a lock, which takes a lot of time and detracts from the enjoyment of the river. The river itself is of course beautiful, but for what is on offer, a relaxing walk along the Vltava would have been just as good. All in all, I had expected more from the boat trip.
Super nice tour, relaxed exploration and getting to know Prague, great crew with super service. Clean boat, relaxed check-in.
Good service, clean boat with a glass roof that lets you enjoy the views and discover the city from another angle, quality and quantity of meals.
Beautiful boat and nice and good atmosphere on board. Friendly staff who helped us finely.
Too long queuing for the food. The musical accompaniment (accordion player) was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. We spent half the trip in the lock and saw nothing of the Vltava or Prague.
Waiter friendliness and supervision
The boat is magnificent Negative points We spend a lot of time waiting in the lock The waiters are very insistent in pushing consumption. When night falls, the lighting on the boat should be dimmed to take advantage of Prague's bright lights.
All ok thank you. Very noisy on boat though
That was a big surprise to us having a boat where we were the only guest. The captin was a beautifull man.
Not worth it bad experience av
Ballads and visits! The Marriage of Figaro at the opera!
It is a nice experience to go through the canal
It was fun to see Prague from the water at sunset. Boat was comfortable, the captain informative and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our cruise.
I loved seeing Prague from the river. The Devil's Channel was really cool to navigate on.
The Devil's Channel was very nice!
Brilliant trip and very informative and friendly captain
You sold me tickets to a cancelled tour and haven't refunded me!
Very informative Good guide Saw a different side of Prague
River cruising is very pleasant, especially with these silent electric boats... for the buses, the routes and stops on the internet and the maps are different... getting started was complicated.
I was satisfied with the ORGA right from the start. Nice staff, good explanations of the sights and a very varied timetable, including the Schoffstour. I will not come alone next time
Other than the starting location, the Hop on Hop off stops were unmarked and impossible to find, which ruined the experience.
Very convenient to embark and disembark wherever you want! I really liked it. And the translations are excellent in any language you want! Small problem: sometimes, the audio guide used another channel that I hadn't chosen. Apart from that, it was perfect and I totally recommend it!
Audio guide was sporadic and failed several times. I found the seating extremely uncomfortable on both the buses and the river cruise.
Nice tour, many to see. Informative audio guide. Flexible visit possibilities. Combination with boat cruise was superb
Good routes, well-maintained buses, reasonable intervals Only the times could be longer and not just until 6 p.m. in the evening.
Buses and routes well organized. There is always a guide on board who can also answer questions.
It was all very good! Very nice!
Bus is not stopping often and goes o ly once per hour. Poor guiding, busses are quite old. And not really open roof, it was too hot inside. Disappointing
The journey on the Red Line was useless, the connection to the Blue Line was absolutely unsatisfactory and poorly described
The transfer from the blue to the red line did not connect well, had to wait longer than 30 minutes. The audio on the red line was not in Dutch. You don't really see the sights which we are used to in other countries.
It was a great Prague bus experience that we have enjoyed for full 24 hours s family. All fine!
We search about 30minutes the busstation,
The schedulle presente in the app does not corresponde tô the one that they aplly.
The view of the Castle is excellent. The one of the Tower leaves a little to be desired. It does not have more attractive elements than the good aerial views of Prague, but it lacks narrative, elements of attraction to the visit.
It was pretty easy to maneuver, my husband and I prefer a quick informational exchange and then to be on our own so that helped. It's good to know you get access only once to the particular attractions, but you get 2 days to accomplish all the attractions. I didn't realize this so keep it in mind :)
I enjoyed the beginning learning about the history of Prague. It added meaning to the experience and made it more special. To notice details I wouldn't have seen ans grow knowledge, I wouldn't otherwise have
The guide we had for the astronomical clock tour was great. He explained lots of things, including the history of the country, details about the square and, of course, the clock, which isn't really a clock at all. We visited the tower on our own, but didn't need a guide. The castle guide explained how the tour would work, and gave us a few details about the buildings. But after that, we were on our own. The pass was valid for 2 days, which may be interesting for those short on time.
I was hesitant of not buying tickets directly from the ticket office, as the guide was only to accompany to the venue, BUT during the shortest walk our amazing guide Linda provided quite a lot of information on Prague, old town, Jewish quarter and the clock itself, and she delivered stories so nicely! Thanks a lot for the wonderful tour! The tower was worth visiting, as the views from top are breathtaking. We also purchased extra lift tickets from inside not to walk up the stairs as we were short of time, the lift was very fast, not sure for walking though, we didn't see the stairs.
Sites were fascinating. I thought we would get more guidance at the castle, and we had a lot of trouble getting back to our hotel after- we weren't sure where to go. Guides were personable and informative.
Linda was a great and very sympathetic guide! She told us interesting facts about the Jewish district, the clock tower and the old town hall.
Very good organization, easy to find, directions on how to get there detailed and accurate, nice short introduction to orient on what to do and what to see, very kind all operators (thanks Lisa). Excellent in value for money (considering that the clock after 5 pm is free, 14€ to get in during the day and avoid endless queues allows you to speed up a lot and be able to see everything else).
Excellent and guide Bogdan briĺliant
The route was so nice, but could be cheaper
Thought I saw the bell movement for the big clock. Didn't get exact location of the starting point
excellent guides and also nice timing
The guide was lovely although we didn't need her to accompany us to the clock
The guide who gave us the tickets was very kind. In addition, the short introduction was given in Italian.
The information we got from the QR code was very interesting.
The guide who explained us very thoroughly and well. My family had a great time. The meeting point was easily located.
